Hello, I'm Maya!
I first started shooting when at 16 my art teacher told me I was no good at drawing and handed me a camera. I haven't looked back since.
Since 2021 I have been freelance assisting some of the best photographers in the North and picking up my own clients as I go. Assisting has made me fall in love with light.
I've since shot with clients such as: Best Western, The Medical Protection Society and Greggs.
And have been shortlisted for The World Food Photography Awards.
